What kind of positions do you fill?

FurstStaffing works with a variety of industries placing individuals in production, packaging, shipping & receiving, and machining positions, as well as, office support, medical office support, human resources type of roles.  FurstProfessionals specializes in technical, IT, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Administrative and Financial careers.  FurstStaffing & FurstProfessionals work with project, Furst-to-Hire and direct placement opportunities.

How soon can I start working?

Job availability changes on a daily basis. Many positions are available immediately.

What is involved in the application process?

In the application process, you will be asked to provide complete work history information as well as the type of employment you would like to find and preference of hours.

You will also interview with a FurstStaffing recruiter. In the interview, you will have the opportunity to discuss your interests, skills and experience.

Once we confirm your references, we will then offer you jobs based on all the factors of the application and interview process.

What if I am not interested in a certain position when it is offered? Is it OK to turn it down?

Not every job is going to meet the expectations you have. If you are not interested in a position, you are free to decline. We will continue to offer positions to you based on your skills and preferences.

What if I am on an assignment and decide it is not for me?

We realize that not every job is a good fit for you; sometimes you do not know that until you have tried the position. If you are on an assignment and find it is not going to work for you, please contact us immediately. You may be asked to stay at an assignment long enough for us to find a replacement, but we will attempt to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.

What do I pay for your services?

We NEVER charge a fee to applicants. As a FurstStaffing applicant, you will not pay for any of the services we provide.
